About the Event

May marks Mental Health Awareness Month, and we're thrilled to invite you to an extraordinary event dedicated to nurturing your well-being through creativity and connection.

Embark on a heartfelt journey with us starting at 10am, featuring:

  • Mike Brennan, affectionately known as the "Make Fun a Habit" enthusiast. Mike will open up about his personal journey through adversity and how he rediscovered his zest for art and creativity, transforming his life in the process.

​

  • Following Mike, Angie Carel will take the virtual stage to discuss the vital role of a supportive creative community. We'll explore how being part of a group that encourages and uplifts you can be a lifeline through the ebbs and flows of life, irrespective of your skill level or expertise.

​

  • Next, we'll be joined by Amanda McNamara - aka "Beautiful Bipolar Brain. Amanda will share insights into her experiences with Bipolar disorder, the therapeutic power of art in her life, and her advocacy for mental health awareness.

​

  • To conclude our speakers' lineup, Glen Stevens, known as "The Mental Fitness Guy," will educate us even further. As a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach and speaker, Glen will unveil the science behind creativity's impact on our brains and why making creation a regular practice is essential for our mental fitness.

We've allocated the last 30 minutes for a Q&A session, offering you the chance to engage directly with our speakers.
